Let $a$ be the height of the pole whose shadow is of length $5m$

So, $3.20:5=5.6:a$

Applying the rule, product of extremes $=$ product of means

$3.2\times a=5\times 5.6$

$a=\frac{5\times 5.6}{3.2}$

$a=8.75$

Hence, the height of pole whose shadow is of length $5m$ is $8.75m$
