In ΔABC and ΔPQR

∠ACB = ∠PRQ

⇒ ΔABC ∼ ΔPQR [By AA similarity] [1 Mark]

So, we have
$\frac{AB}{BC}=\frac{PQ}{QR}$
[Corresponding sides are proportional] [1 Mark]

Now,
$\Rightarrow \frac{10}{8}=\frac{PQ}{3000}$
$\Rightarrow PQ=\frac{(3000\times 10)}{8}$
$\Rightarrow PQ=\frac{30000}{8}$
$\Rightarrow PQ=\frac{3750}{100}$

Therefore, PQ = 37.5 m [1 Mark]
