The angle made by sunrays falling on the object will be same at same time.
So In ABC and DEF
ACB = DFE

ABC= DEF (right angle)

180 - ( ABC +ACB) = 180 - ( DFE+DEF)
BAC = FDE (proved)

Hence ABC DEF.
