The length of liquid column
$L = 2 \times 20 c m = 40 c m$

Time period of oscillation
$T = 2 π \sqrt{\frac{L}{2 g}}$

$= 2 π \sqrt{\frac{40}{2 \times 9.80}} = 0.9 s$
