Solution

When the water is heated in a vessel, to avoid water loss, lids are generally placed on top of the vessel. Generally, droplets of water are formed on the lid. This is a very common example of condensation. Condensation means the change of form of water from the gaseous state to that of liquid. This happens generally when there is an obstacles or cooling is happening.
