The correct option is B 500 m
Equation of wave is
y=0.1sinπ(0.1x2t)

from equation,
Angular wave number, k=0.1π m1
Angular frequency, ω=2π rad/s

And we know that time period of wave is
T=2πω=2π2π=1 s

So, total time t in 25 vibrations is
t=25×1=25 s

Wave speed, v=ωk=2π0.1π=20 m/s

So, the distance travelled by the wave in 25 s is

d=vt=20×25=500 m

Hence, option (b) is the correct answer.
