(i) : Voltmeter reading V=EVA V<E
(ii) : Voltmeter resistance RV=VI (from ohm's law)
(iii) : Potential difference across ammeter VA=EV
(iv) : Total resistance of the circuit RT=RV+RA
Also from ohm's law, total resistance of the circuit RT=EI
RV+RA=EI
Hence option D is correct.
