Perimeter=72m

(a+b)×2=72m ..........(i)
a+b=36m

a2+b2=c2
a2+b2=182=324 .........(ii)

Area=a×b .........(iii)

We know, (a+b)2=a2+b2+2ab

362=324+2×(Area)

(Area)=486m2
