Solution

The correct option is B 3 p.m. On Thursday
Time from 12 p.m. on Monday to 2 p.m. on the following Monday =7 days 2 hours =170 hours.
So The watch gains 3+345 min. or 34/5 minute in 170 hr.
Now, if 34/5 min. are gained in 170 hrs.
then 3 min. are gained in 1705343 hr =75 hr
Watch is correct 3 days 3 hrs. after 12 p.m. on Monday i.e., it will be correct at 3 p.m. on Thursday.
Thus Option C is correct answer.
