Wave number

$K = \frac{ω}{v}$

$K = \frac{2 π ν}{300}$

$= \frac{20 π}{3}$

Phase difference is

$ϕ = K x - ω t$

$= \frac{20 π}{3} \times 3 - 2 π \times 1000 \times 1.001$ (x = 3, given)

$= 17.9 π$

$= 18 π$
