The correct option is C λ2<λ1
As reflected wave is inverted in shape as compared to the incident wave, therefore, wave is travelling from rarer medium to comparatively denser medium.

So, v2<v1, v2 is velocity of transmitted wave and v1 is velocity of incident wave.
Also, we know frequency f will remain same in both medium.
v1λ1=v2λ2=f, where λ1 is wavelength of incident wave and λ2 is wavelength of transmitted wave.
v1v2=λ1λ2
λ1>λ2 [ v1>v2 ]
