mass of the hydrogen= $15 \times 0.09 = 1.35 k g$

so mass of hydrogen+balloon = 1.35 + 7.15 = 8.50 kg

mass of hydrogen+balloon+floating equipment = 1.35 + 7.15 = 8.50 + x kg

mass of air displaced = $15 \times 1.3 = 19.5 k g$

so 8.5+x= 19.5

x= 11 kg

total mass of the floating body is 11 kg
