Here, the total number of days = 7
Event, E = A day having a temperature of more than 40${}^{\circ }$C.
It can be seen there are only 3 days where the temperature is more than
40${}^{\circ }$C, namely, Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Therefore, number of days where event happened = 3
We know,
