Solution

(a) An isomer has different arrangement of atom but has same number of atom of each element. It has same molecular formula but different chemical structure

(b) C2H5OHalk.KMnO4−−−−−−CH3COOH
Alk.KMnO4 and aciditied K2Cr2O7 is strong oxidizing agent it will form ethanoic acid.

(c) Ethanol undergo dehydration by heating it with concentrated H2SO4 at 443 K.

C2H5OHH2SO4−−−443 kCH2=CH2+H2O
