Solution

(a) Objects that allow electricity to pass through them are called conductors, for example, copper, zinc, iron and aluminium.

(b) An insulated copper wire will not allow electricity to pass through it. The circuit will not be complete. Therefore, the bulb will not glow.

(c) An iron wire and a steel spoon would allow the bulb to light up because iron and steel allow electricity to pass through them. Glass is an insulator; it does not allow electricity to pass through it.
