The sounds of frequency less than 20Hz are called infrasonics. The infrasonic sounds have below the lower limit of human hearing. The sound of frequency more than 20,000Hz is called ultrasonics. ultrasonic sounds have a frequency above the upper limit of human hearing.

Infrasonic - less than 20 Hz

Ultrasonics- more than 20,000 Hz


(b) Infrasonic - 10 Hz, 18 Hz

Ultrasonic - 30,000 Hz, 50,000 Hz
