(A): Centrifugation works on the principle in which the denser particles are forced to the bottom and the lighter particles stays at the top when spun rapidly.
Examples are:
(i) Separating cream from milk (cream comes as top layer)
(ii) Used in diagnostic laboratories for blood and urine tests.
(B): (i)The properties of a mixture are determined by the properties of it's constituents.
(ii)There is no change in energy during the formation of a mixture.
