The correct option is C 200 rad
It is given that the angular velocity(ω) increases uniformly . The angular acceleration(α) must be constant.

As it starts from rest and given that final angular velocity is 80 rad/sec in 5 sec

ωi=0; ωf=80 rad/sec
t=5 sec

By the equation of circular motion,
ωf=ωi+αtα=805=16 rad/sec2

and the total angular displacement is ,
θ=12αt2=12×16×25=200 rad as (ωo=0)

Hence option C is the correct answer
