Tangential acceleration = rα
Linear acceleration= a
Centripetal acceleration = v2/r


At point A having acceleration in upwards direction.
hence, option A is correct.

Option B:

In a condition when centripetal acceleration is equal to linear acceleration body try to move vertically downwards.
Hence, option B is also correct.

Option C:
at point C tengential acceleration and linear acceleration are in a same direction. Where as no components in vertically upwards direction.
Hence, option C is also correct.

Option D:
