lets say uniform angular acceleration=α
and ω0=0
θ=ω0t+12αt2
θ1=0+12α22=2α .........(I)
and lets say angular velocity changes to ω
ω=ω0+αtω=0+α×2ω=2α
now θ2=ωt+12αt2=(2α)2+12α22=6α .........(II)
θ2θ1=6α2α=3
