The correct option is D 6.28×105 V
Given,

Length of each spoke l=0.5 m

Frequency of rotation, f=120 rev/min=2 rev/s

B=0.4 G=0.4×104 T

We know that, ω=2πf

ω=2π×2=4π rad/s

Emf induced across 1 spoke,

E=Bωl22

=0.4×104×4π×(0.5)22

E=6.28×105 V

All the spokes are connected in parallel combinations.
Therefore, their net emf is the same as the emf across the individual spoke.

Hence, (D) is the correct answer.
Note: Induced emf does not depend upon the number of spokes present in the wheel.
