Alkali metals are very reactive,They react with oxygen, water vapour and carbondioxide in the atmosphere to produce oxides, hydroxides and carbonates. To prevent these reactionsalkali metals are kept in kerosene oil.

(a) Alkali metals like sodium and potassium are kept in kerosene as they react with moisture and air.

(b)

(i) Basic lead carbonate is a mixture of lead hydroxide and lead carbonate.

(ii) Brown powder is mainly hydrated ironoxide (Fe2O3.xH2O)

(c) Hydrogen is included in the reactivity series of metals because it's property of electroposivity (i.e losing electron to form positive ion) is similar to that of metals, thats why we can relate it with metals.
