The fruit juices which are available in the market in bottles are clearer because they are treated with the enzymes - pectinases and proteases. So, they are clearer as compared to those made at home.

Trichoderma polysporum is used to produce cyclosporin A which is an immunosuppressive agent. Monascus purpureus is used to produce statins which are blood cholesterol reducing agents.
