Initial angular velocity ωi=180 rev/min
After 5 mins,
Final angular velocity ωf=0 rev/min

Since angular retardation is uniform,
Total angular displacement before it stops
θ=(ωi+ωf2)t=(180+02)×5
=450 revolutions
