The correct option is C 2.4×103m

B=μ0Nil where N= Total number of turns, l= length of the solenoid
0.2=4π×107×N×100.8N=4×104π
Since N turns are made from the winding wire so length of the wire (L)=2πr×N
[2πr= length of each turns]
L=2π×3×102×4×104π=2.4×103m
