The correct option is B 12.1 Ω
The resistance, R, of a wire of length l is given by,
R=ρlA.

Now if the wire is stretched keeping the volume intact then:
R=ρl2V.

Now Rl2. According to the question, we get,

R2R1=(l2)2(l1)2
But R1=10Ω,l2l1=1110.
R210=121100

R2=12.1Ω
