Perimeter of the square = 4 $\times$ side
= 4 $\times$ 12
= 48 cm
As the wire is bent into rectangle having length 15 cm
Since Perimeter of square = Perimeter of rectangle
48= 2(l+b)
24= 15+b
b= 24-15
=9 cm
