Now, perimeter of square$=$perimeter of rectangle

$\Rightarrow 4\left(L\right)=2(l+b)$

$\Rightarrow 4\left(20\right)=2(24+b)$

$\Rightarrow \frac{80}{2}=24+b$

$\Rightarrow 40=24+b$

$\Rightarrow 16=b$.

Breadth of rectangle $b=16$ cm
