$10+b=16$

$b=6$

Therefore, breadth = $6m$

Now, area of square = $side\times side=8\times 8=64$ cm${}^2$

Area of rectangle = $length\times breadth=10\times 6=60$ cm${}^2$

Therefore, square encloses more area.
