$r=35$ cm

Lenght of wire=perimeter of circle

$=2\pi r$

$=2\pi \left(35\right)$

$=70\pi$

Length of wire=perimeter of square

Lef the side of square $=s$

perimeter$=4s$

Length of wire remains the same in both the cases

$4s=70\pi$

$s=\frac{70\times 3.14}{4}$

$=55$

$\therefore$Side of square $=55$ cm
