The magnetic flux associated with the loop is, ϕ=NBAcosωt

The induces emf is,
|E|=dϕdt=NBAωsinωt

The induced emf becomes zero when,

ωt=nπ

ωt becomes zero at 0, π, 2π, 3π....

Hence, the change in direction of induced emf is twice per revolution.
