Solution

The surgical method is a terminal method to prevent any more pregnancies. Surgical intervention blocks gamete transport and thereby prevent conception. Tubectomy or female sterilization is the most popular method of contraception. It is a surgical procedure in which a woman's fallopian tubes are clamped and blocked or severed and sealed, either method of which prevents eggs from reaching the uterus for implantation.
