For floating, the weight must be balanced by the buoyant force

mg=ρwVdg
where ρw is the density of the water and Vd is the volume of the water displaced.
2.5g=103×50×104×h×g
h=12 m
volume of water to be displaced for floating =50×104×12

Actual volume in the container
Vi=0.2×100×104=20×104 m3
Vi<Vd so it will not float.
