Volume of toy = Volume of cylinder - Volume of 2 hemispheres
$=\pi \times r\times r\times h-2\times \frac{2}{3}pi\times r\times r\times r$
$=\pi \times r\times r\times [h-\frac{4}{3}r]$
$=\frac{22}{7}\times 3.5\times 3.5\times [10-\frac{4}{3}\times 3.5]=38.5\times 5.33=205.205cubiccm$
