Labour for 8 days work Rs. 200
Let x be the labour for 20 days work, then

$\begin{matrix} Days work & 8 & 20 Labour (in Rs.) & 200 & x \end{matrix}$
$∴ \frac{8}{200} = \frac{20}{x} (c o n s t a n t) \Rightarrow 8 \times x = 200 \times 20 \Rightarrow x = \frac{20 \times 200}{8} = 500$
$∴$ Labour = Rs. 500
