Write the smallest digit and the largest digit in the blanks space of the given number so that the number formed is divisibly by 11.

Therefore, $92\underset{–}{8}389$ $\to$ Even places = 8 + 8 + 9 = 25

Difference = 14 - 25 = -11, which is a multiple of 11.
