The correct option is A friction force acts towards left, so it will move towards left
Due to force F, a torque will be generated about point C which makes the yo-yo to rotate in the anticlockwise direction. Due to this the point A will slide towards right and thus a friction force f will act towards left to oppose the motion.
Now due to this friction force , the yo-yo will have an acceleration towrds left and thus will move towards left.
