Area of a circle is given by π(radius)2. One roti's area = π(4)2=16π cm2.

Cousin's capacity is 1 roti = area of 1 roti = 16π cm2.

So area of one roti has to be divided in 4 small rotis i.e. (16π/4)=4π cm2.
Let the reduced radius of roti be r.
Hence,
πr2=4π,
r=2 cm.
