Chinki's 1 minute work $=\frac{1}{25}$

Both's 1 minute work $=\frac{1}{20}+\frac{1}{25}$

$=\frac{5+4}{100}=\frac{9}{100}$

Both's 5 minutes works $=\frac{9}{100}\times 5=\frac{9}{20}$

Remaining work $=1-\frac{9}{20}=\frac{20-9}{20}=\frac{11}{20}$

Now, Aasheesh can do the whole work in =20 minutes

$\therefore$ He will do $\frac{11}{20}workin=\frac{20\times 11}{20}=11$ minutes.
