Let $h$ be the hypotenuse of the given triangle

$h=\sqrt{6^2+8^2}$

$=\sqrt{100}$

$=10$ cm

The Radius of circumcircle is Half of hypotenuse

$r=\frac{10}{2}=5$ cm
