ABC Ltd. was not doing well and their profit margin were declining. On investigation it was found that workers of production department 'were not happy with their manager's behaviour, workers were forced to work for longer hours without any break and no latest machine or technology was brought to organisation, ABC Ltd. With Mr. Ajay as their new manager for Production Department, he scanned the environment and found the company is using obsolete machine & technology. He.replaced the machinery, and also started giving small rest intervals to workers. So that they can recharge their energy. He also changed their target as per the new machine.
