Here, the height of the parallelogram will be breadth of rectangle i.e., AB and base is equal to its length i.e BC.

$\text{Area of parallelogram PBCQ}=base\times height=BC\times AB$
$\text{Area of parallelogram PBCQ}=\text{Area of rectangle ABCD}$
$\text{Area of parallelogram PBCQ}=10c{m}^2$

$\therefore$ Area of parallelogram PBCQ is $10c{m}^2$.
