Area of parallelogram ABCD = AB x height (1)
Area of ΔDOC = 12 (CD)(height) = 12 (AB)(height) [ Since, AB = CD ]
=> By (1), we can say Area of ΔDOC = 12 (Area of parallelogram)
=> Area = 37 cm2
