The correct option is D 1:1

Point E and F are the mid points of AB and DC.
ar(FCBE)=12ar(ABCD)(1)
ABC and parallelogram ABCD are on the same base and lie between the same parallel AD ξ BC
ar(ABC)=12ar(ABCD)(2)
From (1) and (2)
ar(FCBE)=ar(ABC)
ar(FCBE)ar(ABC)=1
The ratio is 1:1.
Hence, the answer is 1:1.
