Solution

Given: ABCD is a parallelogram
AP=13AD and CQ=13BC
AD=BC( opp. sides of a parallelogram are equal)
13AD=13BC i.e AP=CQ ( given that AP=13AD and CQ=13BC)
ADBC ( opp. side of a parallelogram are II )
So, APCQ
So APCQ is a parallelogram ( one pair of opp. sides are equal and parallel)
