ABCD is a parallelogram. P is a point on AD
AP=13AD [ Given ] ----- ( 1 )

CQ=13BC [ Given ] --- ( 2 )

AD=BC and ADBC

13AD=12BC and ADBC

AP=CQ and AP=CQ [ From ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) ]

Thus, AQCP is a quadrilateral such that one pair of opposite side

AP and CQ are parallel and equal.

AQCP is a parallelogram.
