H1 be heat currents in section ABC
H2 be heat currents in section AEDC
R be the thermal resistance of each rod.

Thermal resistance of section ABC is 2R(two rods AB , BC are in series)

Thermal resistance of section AEDC is 3R
(three rods AE,ED,DC are in series)

Then using thermal analogy of Ohms law

TATC=2RH1=3RH2
H1H2=32

also,
TBTC=RH1
TDTC=RH2

TBTCTDTC=RH1RH2=32

TC=3TD2TB
