Identify 'X' and 'Y'
XYPlant cellAnimal cell
The characteristics show that ‘X’ is a plant cell and ‘Y’ is an animal cell. This is because plants contain chloroplast. They have a cell wall mainly made up of cellulose and have other cellular parts like cytoplasm, nucleus, cell membrane, etc.
An animal cell lacks a cell wall and does not contain chloroplast. They are dependent on other organisms for their nutrition.
