If the graph in question is divided into 3 parts then

1. For first part acceleration is positive and constant. Hence velocity during this time interval should increase. With this we can say (b) and (d) options are incorrect.

2. For second part acceleration is zero. Hence velocity should be constant. Slope in velocity time graph should be zero. This is shown by both (a) and (c)

3. For last part acceleration again is positive and constant. Hence velocity during this time interval should increase. With this we can say that (c) is correct.
