$a_{max}={\omega }^{2}A=\frac{{\pi }^2}{2}$

$T=4s=\frac{2\pi }{\omega }\Rightarrow \omega =\frac{\pi }{2}$

${\left(\frac{\pi }{2}\right)}^{2}A=\frac{{\pi }^2}{2}\Rightarrow A=2$

$V_{max}=\omega A=\frac{\pi }{2}\times 2=\pi$
